Beautypeak is responsible for duties and taxes. 

How will I ship?

We have our own logistics warehouse to deliver products. We will choose to ship to the nearest warehouse.

When will my order ship?

We will process the order within 2-3 working days. Expected to reach customers within 4-10 days.

I ordered multiple items. Will they be delivered at the same time?

We try to ensure that all your items arrive at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together, because depending on the product, different shipping methods can be used. After the item is sent out, you will receive an email notification email.

After the package is shipped, can I change the delivery address of the package?

Unfortunately, once the product is on the road, we will not be able to change the shipment.

What should I do when I receive a product that is different from the ordered product?

How do I track my order?

You can track orders during processing and after leaving our warehouse

Processing: You can check the status on the "My Orders" page of your beautypeak account.

Sent: After your order has been sent, you will receive our email. In this email, there is tracking information for your package and the website where you can track your order. Tracking information is also provided on your "Order Details" page.

How to change the delivery address?

Once you realize that you need to change the delivery address, please contact us immediately, because once the delivery, we will not be able to change the address. Contact customer service immediately,

Does the price include freight?

If the product is marked as "Free Shipping", you do not have to pay for shipping. Free shipping to the world.

 

What are the shipping options available?

Usually we use door to door delivery services (via UPS, DPD or DHL) to your delivery address. Some of our deliveries are also made by trucks when the products are too large.

 Customers can also choose expedited shipping and need to pay an additional 9.99 USD. The goods are expected to be delivered within 2-4 days

In usual, all international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import Customs and duty fees are included in your order and/or shipping total. We are not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. But you can understand that the tariff has been included in the price of the product. Therefore, customers do not need to pay additional tariffs.

*Do you combine orders?
Orders are subject to being automatically combined by our system if placed on the same day and shipping to the same address.

★Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box address?
Yes! We do deliver to PO boxes for Standard Shipping Orders, but we are unable to ship Expedited orders to PO boxes!

*Package tracking hasn't updated.
We are super excited for you to receive your order, but please be patient! however your package may be missing a scan.
It is often helpful to refer to your local courier's online tracking, as it may have more accurate tracking information for your order. We recommend you physically visit the post office to locate your package as your courier's online tracking may not recognize your tracking number.
If 21 full working days pass and you do not receive your order, please contact our Customer Care team with your order number! Please note, we are unable to assist you further with your order until after the 21st working day.

★Can my parcel be redirected to a different address?
Once your order ships, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. You should still be able to update your address on your local post website.
though! If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, it will be cancelled and refunded. We will notify you if this happens!

★Will my package be charged customs?
All international orders are subject to customs duties and tariffs stipulated by the importing country. But this part has been borne by our businessmen. In other words, you can understand that the tariff has been included in the price of the product. Therefore, customers do not need to pay additional tariffs.
